Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed. Each piece is handmade and made with intention specifically for you.
What if my piece arrives damaged or defective?
We stand behind our craft. If your piece arrives damaged, we will offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.
How do I raise a concern about a damaged piece?
1. Email us at hritikshete1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage.
3. We’ll respond within 48 hours with next steps.
Can I exchange a piece I simply changed my mind about?
No. Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or defective pieces upon arrival.
Are worn or handled pieces eligible for exchange?
No. Pieces showing signs of wear, mishandling, or damage after use are not eligible.
